The Woodhaven Firewood Cart

I found Woodhaven after first going to my local stove shop for a wood cart. Too big, too expensive and just not impressed. Attaching the wheels was easy & the cart was good to go. I love your product's compact size; I'm not dragging something the size of a garden car around the house. Modified the small step between the woodshed & the house to accommodate the size of the wheels. It's a breeze now to bring in my wood. Shared your info with the stove shop guy suggesting they may want to look into carrying your products.

This cart is certainly built to last. It is very well made and I like that it has a lifetime warranty.
It is much heavier (weight-wise) than I expected, and it's smaller capacity is not what I am used to, but it will get the job done.
I had to purchase additional washers to keep the axle from shifting left to right, but that was only a few bucks. :(
I also didn't like the fact that there were no bushings keeping the round axle from bouncing around in its square guide tube. Without them the cart rattled as it moved along uneven ground, which I found to be quite annoying. I remedied this by making my own bushings from a strip of harness leather that I simply slipped under the axle in the guide tube at each end. It is now a little more stable and quieter too.
A good American-made firewood cart is difficult to find, but I found this one and would purchase again. <><

I looked at all kinds of carts and most looked flimsy but then I found this one that is super sturdy. I like the trouble free wheels. I like that the log shelf is off the ground so I don't have to bend so far and the wood won't be dragging in the snow. I believe this cart will last longer than I will. I was thinking that if I ever sell the house I'll leave the cart with the woodshed for the new owners. I may never sell, of course, now that I have a new toy that works and looks good too.

Bought two cheaper brands and they lasted less than 3 months….yours will be the last I need…very well built yet simple

This cart is very sturdy. It arrived quickly and was immediately put to use. It looks nice enough for the living room and holds enough wood for about a day's burn. Perfect!
