Alexander MFG, the leading manufacturer of the high-quality Woodhaven firewood racks, is proud to offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure customer satisfaction. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products, and we are confident that our Woodhaven Firewood Racks will exceed your expectations.

Lifetime Structural Warranty: We guarantee the structural integrity of our firewood racks for a lifetime. This means that in the unlikely event of any defects or failures due to manufacturing errors or workmanship, we will replace the affected parts free of charge. The structural warranty covers all steel components, including the main frame, support brackets, hardware, and any other load-bearing elements.

Warranty on Covers: Since The Woodhaven Covers are made of material, we cannot guarantee against wind, rodents, etc. Issues with the construction of the cover can be addressed with covers that have been purchased within a reasonable amount of time. An order number is required for consideration. 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser of the firewood rack.
  2. The warranty covers only defects resulting from normal use and does not include damages caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or acts of nature.
  3. Woodhaven reserves the right to inspect and verify any claims made under the warranty.
  4. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading of paint due to environmental factors.
  5. Alexander MFG may, at its discretion replace the defective parts or the entire firewood rack.
  6. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team, providing details of the issue along with supporting evidence such as photographs.
