We just purchased the Woodhaven 5ft Crescent Firewood Rack and love it. I found it easy to assemble and well constructed with drain holes in the support pieces that will prevent water buildup. You won't be disappointed in this product.

I'm happy with the unit itself. Very unhappy with the cheap plastic legs holders. They were a waste on money. Frankly, I'm surprised you create a great product, then pair it with a piece of plastic which serves no purpose as they are not even made to fit the base.

I apologize if our bases were a disappointment. We designed them not to completely fit the bottom of the rack so they could easily be placed where ever. But I understand your concerns. Please reach out if you would like to return them.
