Maybe I'm doing something wrong

The rack is simple to assemble but I might have done it incorrectly. As it is filled up with logs the side posts are pushed out slightly, which as made it impossible to slide the canvas cover over the top of the posts. All the pulling and stretching couldn't pull the cover over the posts. Otherwise, we love it.

Hey Thomas thanks for taking the time to leave us a review of our 3' firewood rack. We do get some calls about this every so often.

The solution is to slide the bottom tubes back up and off the rack. Turn each tube 1/2 a turn so that the complete square part of the bottom bar will rest on the up right. So the square side should be down flat and the notched side should be pointing up.

Please give us a call if that doesn't make sense. It's a really easy fix, but it's hard to sometimes describe via text.

Extra storage

I bought this rack to place on the deck so firewood would be more accessible in the winter. Appears well made and went together easily. My only concern was the legs bowed out a bit when I loaded with wood and it made getting cover on a little difficult. I ended up placing wood scrap shims in the space between leg and base and that trued everything up.

Hey Joe!

Thanks for taking the time to leave that nice review of our 3 foot firewood rack. Yeah there's a little wobble since there's no hardware. Our goal was to make an easy to assemble product. And because of that we did have to sacrifice just a little on the tightness of the product. It will be solid for a very long time but there can be a little movement in the product.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

Nice little rack

It’s very sturdy and easily breaks down when not being used.

Hey Michael, thanks for that nice review of our 3' firewood rack!

Yeah that's a fun little design we came up with in the early 2000's. We used to call it 'mini-me' after a popular comedy movie at the time. Just a little fun company history there.

Hope you enjoy it for many years to come and please let us know if you need anything else.
