I received my wood rack yesterday, only two days since I ordered it. Wow what speed. I was truly impressed with the quality of the wood rack. I was even more impressed how easy it was to put together. Being in engineering throughout my 32 years of railroading, I could appreciate the exactness of the bolt holes. I did not have to bore one out or bend anything, it simply fit exactly. After putting the rack together it is very stout and will do the job easily and my wife was impressed with the cover that came with it. Even without wood on the rack it looks attractive to our back yard. Great product and I will spread the word.

When a company does a superior job, I try to find the time to let them know that I appreciate it. Over the past eight years, I have purchased seven Woodhaven racks ranging in size from 1/4 cord to 3/4 cord. They are a tremendous product.
I live in an antique colonial home in north central Massachusetts and burn six cords of wood per season. I have never had any trouble with the racks. The durability of the covers is especially impressive. Since I buy green firewood in the spring, the covers are in constant use. None show any sign of wear.
During the burning season, I keep my two 1/4 cord racks near the house and refill them as the wood is used. This means that three cords of firewood passes through each of them every season. Yet, the racks and covers look the same as they did when I first assembled them.
Thank you for making such a quality product. It is indeed refreshing to know that there are still companies such as yours in business.

Seriously...how many times have you ordered something sight unseen and when you got it, you said..."Dang, what a piece of junk!"...or "Wow, I'd send this back if it wasn't such a pain in the neck to do so!" Your product is terrific. Wood piles are by nature, ugly and messy. Your rack presents a neat, orderly and "dressy" appearance, and through thoughtful design and construction, should outlast me. Some weeks back I ordered a 1/4 cord plus rack from you. It arrived promptly. I finally got around to opening the box, assembling the rack and stacking wood today. I ordered the 1/2 plus rack on Sunday and it arrived the following Saturday, which was a very pleasant surprise.
The total time from box opening to assembly was 1 hour, including moving the wood pile. This was another very pleasant surprise. It went together so well, that you could tell there was value built into the product.
